As you may know, our winning bid at the auction was rejected by the bank. The bank countered our $26,000.00 off with a price of $45,000.00. Yesterday, we submitted a $30,000.00 bid in response to their counter. We are waiting for an answer. It appears we have permanent financing arranged. Please keep this in your prayer!
